Farm Update:
The controlled environmental vertical farm test phase is complete, production samples were a success. Growing schedule is now set for 96 plant positions to harvest each week. One more week until the farm is at 100%. Lettuce varieties will rotate each week all year long.
Unique micro greens tested and ready for weekly production. Micro Herbs are still in test but are absolutely fantastic. Samples to go out in a week or two. Red basil, Dill, Parsley, Bronze fennel, Mustard and Sorrel. Six herbs to rotate each week. Growing schedule will be completed after sample feedback is considered. Sales and marketing is continuing, initial contacts being made with local markets. Looking for local chefs who would be interested with our samples.
